Jenny's Jaunts....

Have you ever tried

cardmaking or scrapbooking?

It has been on my 'One Day' list

for quite a while.

I have just seen this lovely

tutorial to try.....

You would be crazy to

miss it :)

Jenny's Jaunts...

Have you
been to Kaaren's
lately?
I decided to call in, and
saw this...

....worth the visit
isn't it?  It really is
amazing the lovely patterns
Kaaren offers for free!
You have
to agree though, anytime
is a lovely time to
visit Kaaren :)

Happy crafting,  Jenny

Running red lights..... Jenny's Jaunts....

Phew!!  Let me catch
my breath...I've been running
red lights trying to

get this to you
in time....

I have only just
stumbled across it... the
reason for the rush, is that
posts are only up
for ONE week, and the
next post is due, so
you might want to
head over there now....

Good luck, and
happy crafting,  Jenny

Reading Material.....

.....out of my comfort zone....

I have recently been

reading  some books I normally

wouldn't read....

not my usual theme, or

unfamiliar with

the author, etc....

you can probably relate

to that too.

I can't explain why, but

I couldn't put these

books down until I

had finished them, so

I thought I would post

about them in case

you want to try

something different too...

let me know what you think :)

The books are....

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

by  Stieg Larsson

and

The Time Traveller's Wife

by Audrey Niffenegger

If you want to stay

in your 'comfort zone'

you might like to read

Comfort Food

by Kate Jacobs

I did enjoy it, but

you have to remember, its

not part of

The Friday Night

Knitting Club
please don't let this
put you off reading it  :)

Enjoy your reading,  Jenny
